Jordan Howard, President & Owner
Jordan Howard established Ricke Machinery in May of 2021. As the Owner and President of Ricke Machinery, she is responsible for all duties associated with the business including rental, sales, finance, marketing, and communication with all potential customers. She oversees all daily operations for Ricke Machinery. She has dedicated a lot of time learning the ins and outs of starting and running a successful Woman-Owned Small Business. With her being raised by a family involved in heavy equipment sales and small businesses it has contributed to her being a successful business owner. With her knowledge of the field, she hopes to make an impact in the heavy equipment industry. Outside of work, she enjoys outdoor activities such as clay shooting and spending time on the lake with family and friends.
Hannah Johns, Finance & Operations
Hannah Johns joined the Ricke Machinery team in 2022, bringing over six years of experience in the finance field. Her background includes in-depth knowledge of bookkeeping, budgeting principles, and financial management techniques. Before joining Ricke Machinery, Hannah worked in local county government, where she gained valuable expertise in government contracting, bid solicitation, and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. As our Finance & Operations, Hannah is responsible for keeping all vendor and customer accounts up to date. She also manages financial reporting, identifies potential contract opportunities, and provides essential support to Jordan in daily operations. Hannah is currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Finance at Valencia College. Outside of work, she enjoys air boating, riding UTVs, and spending time with her loved ones.
