Jordan Howard, CEO & Owner
Jordan Howard established Ricke Machinery in May of 2021. As the Owner and President of Ricke Machinery, she is responsible for all duties associated with the business including rental, sales, finance, marketing, and communication with all potential customers. She oversees all daily operations for Ricke Machinery. She has dedicated a lot of time learning the ins and outs of starting and running a successful Woman-Owned Small Business. With her being raised by a family involved in heavy equipment sales and small businesses it has contributed to her being a successful business owner. With her knowledge of the field, she hopes to make an impact in the heavy equipment industry. Outside of work, she enjoys outdoor activities such as clay shooting and spending time on the lake with family and friends.
Hannah Johns, Finance & Operations
Hannah Johns joined the Ricke Machinery team in 2022, bringing over six years of experience in the finance field. Her extensive knowledge encompasses bookkeeping, budgeting principles, and techniques. Prior to joining Ricke Machinery, she worked in local county government, where she developed expertise in government contracting, bid solicitation, and compliance with local, state, and federal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. As an Accounts Receivable/Payable Specialist, Hannah's primary responsibility is ensuring that all vendor and customer accounts are current. She also handles financial reporting, explores contract opportunities, and assists Jordan with day-to-day duties. Hannah is currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Finance at Valencia Community College. Outside of work, she enjoys air boating, riding UTVs, and spending time with her family and friends.
